A conceited proposal

Swift's "proposal" is that Ireland's overpopulation problem could be solved by selling a large portion if its one-year-old children on the market to be used as food, among other things, thereby providing income for poor peasant mothers and rendering them useful to society as a whole. swift's proposal is anything but modest, he creates a skillfull irony to compare his proposal as equivalent as to what the British is doing to the Irish people. then swift goes deep in explaining the different recipes to cook the kids in, which sounds really disjusting! In my opinion his proposal is really decent, in a poor unstable country implementing swift's proposal would be a good idea.. if the parents cant provide for themselfs and their kids then eventually they will die and the kids will start stealing and killing each other for food, and Everybody loses But if the parents sell their fresh, young 1 year olds to rich people Everybodys a WINNER!! The parents get money for their kid(s), the rich eat fresh, and the kids got spared the torture and hunger they would of faced and prevented them from causing crime and being a burden to society. “The first step to eternal life, is you have to die.”
